How soon will I receive my Pet Id Tag order?

We ship orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day (excludes bank holidays). Our pet tags are normally delivered by Royal Mail and usually take 1-3 working days to arrive – please read full details of our delivery service on our deliver page click here to view

International orders are dispatched with DHL and are tracked. Delivery times vary from Europe to the U.S.A to Australia etc On average international deliveries arrive in 2-7 days – read the full details of our international shipping services by clicking this link

Can I track my pet tag order?

Contact us and we will provide you with tracking information where possible.

Do you gift wrap pet tags?

Yes we do. If you choose our gift wrap service on the checkout page we will place your pet tag in a gift box, wrap it with ribbon, a bow and pop in a gift card. We will print a message on the card for you if you enter it into the information box whilst at the checkout. Our gift wrap service costs £2.99

What are the Pet tags made of?

We know that our customers all have different requirements and to satisfy this we have a huge range of pet id tags. Our pet name tags are made from a variety of materials, plastic, resin, brass, stainless steel, nickel, aluminium. Each material has different properties in terms of weight, durability and design.

Can I customise my pet tag?

Yes, you can. All of our pet tags can be customised with a name, and details. For many of our tags we offer a font option. If your selected tag doesn’t have this option but you would like an alternative font then please let us know.

How much you can customise your pet tag will depend onthe size of the tag, the design and how much text you would like engraving.

We can also add icons such as hearts or stars etc so let us know if you’d like something special on your tag. Many of our plain tags can have logos or designs engraved onto them, if you’d like this option then please get in touch.

Can I add a logo or icon to my tag?

Yes you can to most of our pet id tags but some materials work better than others and it can depend on the complexity of the logo.

How much you can customise your pet tag will depend onthe size of the tag, the design and how much text you would like engraving.

Let us know your idea and we’ll be happy to help to make it a reality. We may charge a set up fee for importing and configuring logos into our software and scaling it onto the pet tag.

Can I change the font on my pet tag?

Yes, you can. For many of our tags we offer a font option. If your selected tag doesn’t have this option but you would like an alternative font then please let us know.

What font do you use on the pet tags?

We find that Bookman, Sego and Arial fonts work best and give a clear engraving result but we can do others. Most common fonts are compatible with our engraving software. If you’d prefer an alternative font then just let us know.

How will the engraving appear on the pet tag?

We engrave your pet tags with the inscription as you enter it into our system. We don’t correct spelling, grammar or add capital letters because sometimes our customers intentionally spell things in a particular way.

Your tag engraving may appear differently to our images because the size of the engraving will depend on the number or characters that you choose. The more characters and the more lines of text, the smaller the engraving will appear on the tag

Can you engrave special characters onto my Pet tag?

Sometimes we can. We can engrave most common accented letters but some are not recognised by our software. If you would like to check this with us then please do contact us so we can advise you.

How do I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly because our customers appreciate our quick dispatch and delivery times that you’d expect from a company with “express” in the name. We can process orders as early as 6am (U.K times) up to late into the evening. We also process some orders on weekends. If your order has already been processed and the tag engraved then regrettably we cannot cancel your order but may be able to refund any shipping costs if it hasn’t been collected by the delivery company.

If you wish to try to cancel your order we advise you to try as soon as possible by emailing info@bellgiftgroup.com or calling us on 01736 350274 - if it is out of hours then you should email us. We will try our best to retrieve your order before it has been engraved but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this on every occasion.

There is a problem with my order

Please contact us on 01736 350 274 or info@bellgiftgroup.com as soon as you can. Please identify your order and provide a brief description of the problem so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I return my pet tag?

99% of our pet tags are customised specifically to a customers request. We do not accept the return of personalised items unless they are faulty. If you tag is not personalised then please return it to us in an unused condition with the original packaging within 14 days and upon receipt we will refund you. If there is a problem with your tag then please let us know as soon as possible.

Correction and replacement of pet tags

We do our best to ensure that your tag is delivered as you expect with the correct details as per your order confirmation engraved on it. On rare occasions mistakes happen, we hate it when they do, but are always quick to put it right for you. If we have made a mistake on your tag, or your order is not as expected then please let us know as soon as possible please do this by email to info@bellgiftgroup.com and include a photograph of the error along with your order number and we’ll gladly replace it free of charge at the next available opportunity
