Welcome to Pet Id Tags privacy policy. Everybody hates junk mail, we don't like receiving any and we certainly don't intend to send any either !

GDPR PROCEDURES
As from 25 May 2018 any changes in data recorded for customers, employees and suppliers in the EU must be recorded and those records retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any data held prior to 25 May 2018 has been recorded properly and held securely as can be seen by the Data Audit carried out.
Additional Customer Details.
As from 25 May 2018 if there is a new customer they must agree positively to our Privacy Policy before registering any of their data. This positive agreement must retained and filed so it can be referred to at any time.

Customer Requests
If a customer asks for the data we hold about them this must be given to them within 24 hours and a record kept that the information has been passed and what information was given. If a customer asks for their information to be deleted this must be confirmed in writing within 24 hours and a record kept of this. (When customer records are requested to be deleted and this customer has previously had transactions with us the accounting records must be retained for legal reasons and this information must be passed on to the customer) The customer records in the website and newsletter software must be deleted.

Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy must be updated at least on an annual basis. If matters arise prior to a review the Privacy Policy can be amended. If there any changes required these must also be made to the Privacy Policy on the website.
Breach of Data 
If there is a breach of the data held by Bell Gift Group, this must be first assessed as to whether it is a serious breach or not. If it is not a serious breach then actions must be taken to stop this breach in the future.
If the breach is a serious breach then the ICO must be told within 72 hours and any individual also informed within 72 hours. An action plan must then be made to minimise any breaches in the future
