Order Confirmation:

You place your order by clicking on the submit order button at the end of the on-line order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement email detailing the Goods that you have ordered, a payment reference and the value of your order which will be debited from your credit/debit card.

Unless we have notified you that we are not able to accept your order, or you have canceled your order in accordance with the Cancellation and Returns Procedures set out below; our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us, will take place at the time and date that we notify you by e-mail informing you we have dispatched the Goods ordered by you. 

The deemed time and date of receipt by you, shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons beyond our control, you have not received that email.

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is dispatched by the next working day (Mon-Fri) of receipt of the order (subject to events that are beyond our reasonable control) and when payment has been cleared. You will be sent an invoice/receipt with the goods ordered. 

If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement we will contact you by email to advise you of this as soon as possible. You will be given a full refund of what you have paid in relation to any such non-fulfilled order. 

Please note: All invoices will be sent with the products unless requested otherwise. If you would prefer the invoice not to be sent with the order please write in the customer comments section when going through the checkout: DO NOT SEND INVOICE TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

We use WorldPay and Pay Pal  as our payment system. 
All the credit card information is processed by WorldPay, no credit card data is held by us in any form.

Damaged Goods:

You should inspect the Goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 2 working days of receipt to qualify for a refund. 

We will send you a replacement pair as soon as possible or issue you a full refund, including the original postage paid and postage of sending the items back (if a receipt is enclosed), on all ‘faulty' or ‘incorrectly supplied' items.

All returns must be notified in writing and accepted by us before they are sent back, please raise a ticket request at the Contact Uspage.

Wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible and affix our ‘Returns Label'. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by 'insured registered delivery'. Please obtain ‘Proof of Postage Certificate' from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they are in our possession..

We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods. Return postage for Goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your cost.

Risk and Ownership: 

Risk of damage or loss of the Goods shall pass to you on delivery or, if you fail to take delivery of the Goods, at the time when the Goods are delivered (or delivery is attempted) to you in accordance with your instructions.

Title in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods and on our receipt of full payment. Legal ownership of the Goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you or if the Goods are returned in accordance with any cancellation, refund, return or exchange policy as posted on this Website.

Refund Policy:

Non Faulty Goods

We really want you to be happy with your chosen products, and we do understand that sometimes you may just change your mind or that it is just not suitable for yourself or the person you are buying for.

You can return your products for an exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and gift wrapping) within 14 days of receipt, on the condition that the goods are returned to us in their original presentation boxes, unused and returned to us in the same condition they were received.

Receiving your Refund

We will contact you by email when your refund has been processed. 
All refunds will be paid with receipt of the goods and within 30 days, or where applicable replacement Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible, with no further costs to you.

Customers are required to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in their possession. 
We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to Goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address.

Prices:

All our prices include VAT at the current rate and by default, all prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling. 

You will pay the delivery charges by the method specified in your order for transport and packaging as quoted on the Pet Id Tag Express website on the date of acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to update prices on the website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. We make every effort to ensure prices and availability of our products is correct at the point in which you place an order.
