 - Pet Id Tag Returns

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with your order and delighted with your pet id tag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied then please contact us on 01736 799089 (mon-fri 9-3) so we that can discuss how we might put right your concerns.  - Return of Pet Id Tags and Personalised Items

The heart of our business is customised Pet Id Tags and engraved items which are are personalised just for you. If there is problem with your engraving on your Pet Id Tag(s) or personalised item(s) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so that we can discuss with you how we put it right for you. 

All personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged because they have been made or customised especially for you.

We may ask you to email us us a picture of any damage or of the engraving on your pet id tag to help us in assisting you.

 - Return of Non-Personalised Items

If you’re items are not personalised and if you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us in an unused condition with all labels and packaging at any time within 14 working days of receipt. Please ensure that you include your name and order details with the return to enable us to identify your order promptly. It would be helpful if you would let us know why you are returning it, for example incorrect size or colour not as expected etc this helps us to refine our products to ensure that we are meeting our customer need and expectations.

Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.

 - Refunds

A full refund will be made for goods that are returned within 14 days of receipt on the condition that the goods are returned to us in their original presentation boxes, unused and returned to us in the same condition they were received. 

Wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible and affix a return address label. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by 'insured registered delivery'. Please obtain ‘Proof of Postage Certificate' from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they are in our possession..

We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods. Return postage for Goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your cost.

We usually process refunds with 2 working days of receipt of the items. It may take up to 3 working days for the refund to appear in your account this is at the discretion of the merchant i.e paypal and is out of our control.

 - Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, should contact us normally within 2 working days of receipt to let us know about the problem and we will work with you to resolve it. We may ask you to email us a photograph of the damage or to return the items to us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

We may send you a replacement pair as soon as possible or issue you a full refund, including the original postage paid and postage of sending the items back (if a receipt is enclosed), on all ‘faulty’ or ‘incorrectly supplied’ items.

 - Receiving A Refund

All refunds will be processed upon the receipt of the goods normally within 2 working days of receipt, or where applicable replacement Goods will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account this is at the discretion of the merchant i.e paypal and is out of our control.

Customers are required to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in their possession. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to Goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address.
